How do I increase the size of my Media Library

The default size of a Segue site’s Media Library is determined by Segue Administrators and is defined in the Segue configuration.

The size of any Segue site’s Media Library can be increased by a Segue Adminstrator at any time.

Thus users who want to increase the size of their Media Library should contact their Segue Administrator(s)

Visitors cannot post to my Discussion

If visitors to your site cannot post to your discussion, it is probably because they do not have permission to do so.

You, as the owner of your site, can specify exactly who can discuss any given content block in Segue.  To change discussion/assessments settings for a given content block, do the following:
1. Go into Edit mode (click on Edit this Site button at bottom of page)
2. Click the edit link for the content block that you want to change settings for
3. Click on the Discuss/Assess link in left menu
4. Check boxes  of all  listed users who want to give permission to discuss.

My site is listed as inactive

Segue sites can be set to active or inactive. When inactive, sites are hidden from all except the site owner.

To change the setting of a site from inactive to active, do the following:
1. Log into Segue
2. Go to your Segue home page
3. Click on the edit link for the inactive site
4. Under the Hide my Site section of the setting, click on the button for Don’t Hide
