similar to <a title=\"CakePHP\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cakephp.org\/\">CakePHP<\/a> and <a title=\"Ruby on Rails\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rubyonrails.org\/\">Ruby on Rails<\/a>.&nbsp;
