Middlebury College is developing an application framework known as Harmoni that will provide a services oriented architecture (SOA) for curricular systems.\u00a0 This framework includes implementations of the Open Knowledge Initiative (O.K.I.) open service interface definitions<\/em> (OSIDs) such as services for authentication, authorization, hierarchy and repository.<\/span>
