Included here are sample media files developed at Middlebury College.  These files can be downloaded and used in desktop media applications such as iTunes, Windows Media Player and Real Player as well as mobile media devices such as iPods.

To put media files on your iPod, here are the steps

1. Click on link to the set of audio files you woud like to download
2. Save this file to your computer.
3. Double-Click on this file <<language>>.zip (e.g. french.zip) to decompress it
4. Drag the <<language>> folder from your computer into your iTunes library
5. Browse your iTunes library where:
   Genre = Language-<<language>>
6. Connect your iPod to your computer.
7. Drag and drop the audio file(s) from your iTunes library to your iPod (see animation below)
