The Segue 1 to Segue 2 migration process is designed to be a staged process that allows individual users move their own sites. Segue 1 and Segue 2 instances can be run side by side and redirect each other’s urls to the appropriate system as sites are moved.\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Configuration<\/h3>\n
\n

Segue 1.9.0 or later<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. In the config.inc.php file, define the following constants with your own values:\n

            define(‘DATAPORT_SEGUE1_SECRET_KEY’, ‘sadfj234j1’);
    \n         define(‘DATAPORT_SEGUE1_SECRET_VALUE’, ’28usafnjm023jfa0235rhj2052′);
    \n         define(‘DATAPORT_TMP_DIR’, ‘\/tmp’);<\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Segue 2.0 – beta 15 or later<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. copy the file config\/dataport_default.conf.php<\/font> to config\/dataport.conf.php<\/font><\/li>\n
    2. define the following constants with your own values:\n

              define(‘DATAPORT_SEGUE1_URL’, ‘http:\/\/segue.example.edu\/’);
      \n         define(‘DATAPORT_SEGUE1_SECRET_KEY’, ‘sadfj234j1’);
      \n         define(‘DATAPORT_SEGUE1_SECRET_VALUE’, ’28usafnjm023jfa0235rhj2052′);<\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

      1. go to Segue 2 –> Migrate Sites<\/li>\n
      2. choose a source and destination and click the "Import Site" button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
