\nI uploaded the same video to both MiddTube and YouTube.  Uploaded file was .mp4 created from .mov file using QuickTime Pro:
\naudio:AAC, Mono, 44.100 kHz 64Kbit\/sec
\nvideo: H.264 Decoder, 296 x 240, Millions
\ndata size: 473.64 K
\ndata rate: 82.83 kbits\/s<\/p>\n

I used encoding guidelines from:

MiddTube
\nThis version has decent quality but some of the video frames seem to have gotten duplicated or are playing back more than once. <\/p>\n

UPDATE: video frame duplication may have been the result of editing the .mov file before exporting to .mp4..<\/p>\n
