{"id":657378,"date":"2008-08-27T17:24:11","date_gmt":"2008-08-27T21:24:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/segue.middlebury.edu\/view\/html\/node\/657378"},"modified":"2013-09-21T17:50:42","modified_gmt":"2013-09-21T17:50:42","slug":"creating-a-site","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/segueproject.org\/segue-documentation\/segue-v2\/features\/creating-a-site\/","title":{"rendered":"Creating a Site"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Creating a Site<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>To create a site, do the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/segue.middlebury.edu\">Segue<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Log into with your Midd username and password.<\/li>\n<li>Go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/segue.middlebury.edu\/portal\/list\">Portal<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Browse to the folder that contains the location of your site: <a href=\"https:\/\/segue.middlebury.edu\/portal\/list\/folder\/personal\">Personal<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/segue.middlebury.edu\/portal\/list\/folder\/current_classes\">Current Classes<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/segue.middlebury.edu\/portal\/list\/folder\/upcoming_classes\">Upcoming Classes<\/a>, etc<\/li>\n<li>Click the link to Create Site<\/li>\n<li>Chose a name for your site and an optional description.<\/li>\n<li>Chose roles for groups (Everyone, Middlebury College Users) that will access your site.&nbsp; For class sites, search for class group (type course code in search field to find the students in a class)<\/li>\n<li>Choose a template for your site<\/li>\n<li>Chose a theme for your site<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Save button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Creating a Site To create a site, do the following: Go to Segue.
