The Authors Widget is a plugin that shows the list of the authors, with the number of posts, link to RSS feed next to their name. It is useful in a multi-author blog, where you want to have the list in the sidemenu.  To use this plugin, do the following:

1. Go to your blog Dashboard
2. Click on Plugins > Installed
3. Activate the “Authors Widget” plugin (see: Plugins)
4. Click on Appearance > Widgets
5. Drag the “Authors” widget to one of your blog’s sidebars
6. Configure and click on the “Authors” widget “Save” button
7. Visit your site
