I’ll be doing a presentation on “iPods and Second Language Acquisition” on March 26 at the Apple AcademiX 2009 conference in Cambridge, MA. The theme of the conference is “Beyond the LMS: Innovations in HIgher Ed Teaching & Scholarship.”
I also be participating in an pre-conference iPhone development session.
I developed with McGraw-Hill a series of phrasebooks for iPods and other mobile media devlces called iSpeak. The first series consists of phrasebooks for Spanish, French, Italian and German and is now available. The second series covers Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese and English and should be available in June.
