Tracking metadata was extracted from all the iPods used in the Middlebury College Language School iPod Pilot Project and aggregated allowing us to see very accurately how students used the iPods….

  • study lists can be shared with a community of learners
  • shared knowledge, preferences, study habits can be collaboratively filtered to discover “comprehensible peers” (Chapin, 2003) who can share “comprehensible input +1” (Krashen, 1989).

iTunes || Crescendo

Crescendo
(AKA StudyDB) is a knowlegebase management system we are developing for the core vocabularies of Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Arabic.  Crescendo will import iTunes libaries and generate quizzes based on smart study lists.
