You can change the appearance of your site by clicking on the Theme button in the Site settings container. Most themes also have options, click on the Theme Options button in the Site settings container. Here are the steps:
- Click on Options for the site
- Click on Choose Theme or Change Theme Options
- Chose a theme or select options
- Save.
